The prompt for this project was to design a magazine spread based on a particular typeface. After selecting Montserrat as my typeface, the goal was to research the said font and design the spread in which it would evoke the visual feel of it. I decided to take a very minimalist approach. The typeface displays a sleek and modern feel, by using my space and alignment accordingly, I was able to implement the research as well as project guidelines in a way that shows off the simplicity of the font variations.
